Through the Services. We may collect Personal Information when you register for a program, attend a course, access content, participate in a webinar, take an assessment, complete a survey, request CLE credit, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Services” means Wickard’s websites, educational programs, AI training programs, CLE programs, consulting services, events, webinars, course materials, assessments, credentialing or certification offerings, and related services.

Offline. We may collect Personal Information offline, including when you contact us, attend in-person programs, communicate with our personnel, or engage with us in connection with a contract, proposal, event, or educational program.

From institutions or third parties. We may receive Personal Information from employers, schools, law firms, courts, government entities, bar associations, CLE providers, event partners, sponsors, or other organizations that arrange or support access to Wickard’s Services.

How We May Use Personal Information

We may use Personal Information:

  • To provide, administer, and improve the Services;

  • To register users for programs, courses, events, or webinars;

  • To deliver educational content, training, CLE programs, assessments, certifications, or related materials;

If a user receives a certificate, certification, accreditation record, CLE record, or similar completion record from Wickard, Wickard may retain that information for recordkeeping, compliance, accreditation, verification, or administrative purposes.

Service Providers

We may disclose Personal Information to third-party service providers that perform services on our behalf, including providers of information technology, website hosting, webinar platforms, learning platforms, video platforms, authentication, customer support, email delivery, analytics, payment processing, event administration, auditing, legal, accounting, marketing, and related services.

Employers, Schools, Law Firms, Courts, Institutions, or Program Sponsors

If your access to the Services is provided, arranged, sponsored, paid for, or supported by an employer, school, law firm, court, government entity, bar association, CLE provider, or other institution, we may share information with that organization regarding your registration, attendance, participation, completion, certification, CLE status, use of the Services, or related information.

This may include limited Personal Information such as your name, email address, affiliation, attendance status, completion status, usage information, assessment status, certificate information, or CLE-related information.

CLE, Accreditation, and Credentialing Purposes

Where applicable, we may disclose information to bar associations, CLE regulators, accrediting bodies, educational institutions, program partners, or other entities as necessary to administer, verify, or report CLE credit, attendance, completion, accreditation, certificates, or credentials.

Corporate Transactions

We may disclose Personal Information in connection with any reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer, financing, acquisition, investment, or other disposition of all or part of Wickard’s business, assets, membership interests, or operations, including in connection with bankruptcy or similar proceedings.

Wickard uses reasonable organizational, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect Personal Information within our organization.

Certification, Completion, and CLE Records

If you would like Wickard to provide, correct, transfer, or delete certification, completion, attendance, CLE, or accreditation-related records, please contact us at media@wickard.ai.

Certain records may need to be retained to comply with legal, accreditation, CLE, contractual, or institutional requirements.

7. Retention Period

We retain Personal Information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, contract, CLE rules, accreditation requirements, accounting obligations, dispute-resolution needs, or legitimate business purposes.

We will not retain Personal Information longer than reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it is retained.

8. Use of Services by Minors

The Services are not directed to individuals under the age of eighteen unless expressly authorized by Wickard and an applicable school, parent, guardian, or sponsoring institution.
